Minimum stay policy

Early Check-Out Policy

Casa BRANCA reserves the right to charge the full cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest and without previous information (48h minimum).

Check-out policy after noon

On request and upon availability. Please contact US at least 48 hours in advance. You may be asked to pay an additional amount.

Minimum Age Policy

To check in at Casa BRANCA, the guest must be at least 18 years old.

Booking policy

The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking as a guarantee.

No Show Policy

In case of no-show, Casa BRANCA will charge the full amount of the stay.

Cancellation policy

You can make changes and cancel the reservation within 30 days of the date of entry.
In case of modification or cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days from the daTE of arrival, Casa BRANCA reserves the right to charge the value of the first night.
In case of change or cancellation of the reservation within 15 days or less of the daTE of arrival, Casa BRANCA reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay.
At Casa BRANCA, a group is considered A booking 2 or more APARTMENTS.
Cancellation of the reservation or part can be made free of charge up until 12 weeks prior to the first daY of arrival.
Cancellation of the reservation or part within the 12 weeks will be charged as follows:
From 12 weeks to 8 weeks – 50% of the cancellation value;
Later than 8 weeks prior – 100% of cancellation value;
In case of no show – the total amount of the stay  will be charged in full.

American Express, MasterCard and VISA.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in all areas of Casa BRANCA.

Animals

Animals are not allowed.

Overbooking policy and adverse situations

Casa BRANCA reserves the right to change the services provided if there are adverse situations. In this case, Casa BRANCA will provide the best possible alternative for the guest.

Liability by Casa BRANCA

Casa BRANCA will only be responsible for damages or losses of the guest when such facts result from its culpable performance. Casa BRANCA does not assume any responsibility for loss of data provided by the guest in case of electronic transmission of payment data being only responsible in this case there is a wrongful act. Casa BRANCA will not be held responsible to the guest in case of delay in making the room available, although there is a valid reason for not making the room available in a timely manner.
For the purposes of the previous paragraph, valid reasons will be considered to make it impossible or more difficult to make the room available, such as strikes, blockades, natural disasters, accidents in the room itself or Casa BRANCA.
Casa BRANCA assumes no responsibility for acts committed by any employee of the hotel, unless he is in his normal work period, duly identified and uniformed as a worker of the company.
Casa BRANCA does not assume any responsibility or liability in any case for non-fulfillment of ancillary obligations.
Casa BRANCA can not in any case be held liable for the act or omission of any other guest, even if it is likely to cause damage or damage to another guest. Any and all damages caused to third parties by Casa BRANCA guests will be the sole responsibility of these and completely foreign to Casa BRANCA.
